June meeting in review

First, a BIG "Thank You"  to everyone that came out to the meeting Tuesday night!

Mary gave a demonstration on using the online Spoonflower company to help you design your own fabrics.    If you would like more information on Spoonflower please check out their website HERE.   If you sign up for their free newsletter you will get more information sent to you as well as some helpful tips on how to use their site. One of the questions that was asked at the meeting was whether or not the designer earns a commission if others choose their fabrics and the answer is YES!!    Suzanne made a couple of test samples of our guild logo to show plus samples of Spoonflower blank fabrics.

Also this year, a new contest for a Barn Quilt design by the  local 4-H and FFA groups will be fun to see. Read more about it HERE
