July-October 2016 Challenge: Make A Statement
Our latest challenge was to create a modern quilt containing text or characters of some kind (letters, phrases, foreign or domestic...use your imagination!)

The members who participated in the Make A Statement challenge shared their quilt creations and the inspiration behind them with the group. Linda had us smiling and singing along to "This Little Light of Mine," Kristie had us tearing up with remembrances of her mother and Kristina had us all giggling with her "Jack the (seam) Ripper" quilt! A powerful presentation from 14 of our talented members!
Here are the Make A Statement participants.

L-R: Linda Crump, Julie Karjala, Peg Pennell, Sara McCracken

L-R: Vickie Bedell, Phyllis Higley, Colleen James, Sheila Green.

L-R: Kristina Morrow, Sarah Maseth, Brooke James
