LMQG Members $175 Non-members $185
Registration/payment for members first accepted at the July 29th LMQG meeting.
Member payments due in full, no later than August 29th.
Registration fee is transferrable on your own, but non-refundable.
Registration for non-members opens August 30th, 10 am.
Payment Information:
- Fee payable by check (made out to LMQG) in person at the LMQG meeting.
- Check payments, please also fill out the information HERE.
- Online payment will be accepted after July 29th for members.
- Any remaining open spots will be added on August 30th to the online payment system for non-members. The non-members payment button currently says "1 Left" in order to allow members to register first.
Additional Notes:
- Space is limited, and the fall retreat fills up. Members cannot have a space saved for a guest as they register. Guests/non-members may only register starting at 10 am on August 30th.
- If more registrations are received than space is available, the time stamp on any electronic payment will be used for determining the order of filling space. Refunds will be issued for online payments once payment/funds are confirmed in the LMQG account.
- Emilie Ahren will be assembling the food for the retreat.
- Arrival time at CJH on Friday the 24th is 9 am. Departure is no later than 3 pm on the 26th.
